All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged during the shipping process, please contact me immediately at info@vsartshop.com to arrange a replacement product. We will require photographs of the item(s) as well as the packaging for the insurance claim
All shipping is expedited. We generally ship orders within 1-2 days through Canada Post. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will ship the back-ordered item(s) as soon as they become available (usually within one week) with no additional fee.
